How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Batura ?Batura 1 cup maida. ½ cup suji. Pinch of baking soda. 2 tsps. Curds. Blend together all the above ingredients, then add enough water to make
it into a dough of firm consistency. Cover with cloth and set aside whole
night. Next day, form into thick round disc or pooris and deep fry to
a golden brown colour. Drain and serve piping hot with any of the chola
