How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Luchi ?Luchi 200 grams maida. 2 tblsps. Melted ghee. Salt to taste. Blend together
flour and salt. Rub in ghee, then add enough water to form a dough of
soft consistency. Divide the dough into lemon-sized balls. Roll out each
ball into a round disc using a little dry flour. Deep fry each luchi until
done; see that they do not get brown. Drain thoroughly and serve piping
hot.
