How to Prepare / Make / Cook -Methi ki roti ?Methi ki roti 250 grams flour. 1 bunch fenugreek leaves. 4 green chillies, minced. Halndful of finely sliced coriander leaves. 1 medium tomato, diced. Salt and chilli powder to taste. Heat 1 tblsp. Ghee and put in all the above ingredients with the exception
of flour. Cook till dry. Remove from fire. Cool and mix in the flour,
then add enough water to form a stiff dough. Divide the dough into lemon-sized
balls and roll out each ball into thick round disc or chapatti. Take three
chapattis and apply ghee liberally on the uppermost side of one chapatti,
place another chapatti on top of this and once again apply ghee on the
uppermost side of this, then place the third chapatti on top, apply ghee,
sprinkle flour on top and roll out as thin and as round as you can. Fry
the roti like paratha. Serve hot with seasoned curds or lassi.
