How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Radish paratha ?
Prepare the paratha in the same way as shown in the
Gopi paratha recipe, but instead of cauliflower, take radish as a
filling. Take 1 ½ cups finely grated white radish. A few heart
leaves of radish. Sliced finely. 1 tblsp. Crushed pomegranate seeds 2
green chillies, minced. Handful of sliced coriander leaves. ½ inch
piece minced ginger. 1 tsp. Garam masala. Salt and chilli powder to taste
