How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Urad dal ki roti ?Urad dal ki roti 250 grams flour. 250 grams urad dal. 1 tsp turmeric powder. 1 tsp. Dry ginger powder. 1 tsp. Coriander powder. Handful of finely sliced coriander leaves. 3 green chillies, minced. 1 small onion, minced. Salt and chilli powder to taste. 1 tsp. Crushed pomegranate seeds. Soak dal overnight in water. Drain thoroughly and grind coarsely. Heat
2 tblsps. Ghee, add dal and all the spices, fry for a few minutes, then
cook with lid on over a low fire till the dal is cooked. Remove from fire.
Cool and mix in flour, chillies, onion, coriander and pomegranate seeds.
And enough water to make a stiff dough. Then prepare the roties as indicated
in the above recipe.
