How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Lobia ?Lobia 250 grams lobia or white beans. 1 large onion. 4 flakes garlic. 1 tblsp. Mango and coriander powder. 1 tblsp. Roasted and ground cumin seeds. ½ tsp. Each of garam masala and turmeric powder. 2 large tomatoes, diced. 3 green chillies, minced. Handful of finely sliced coriander leaves. Salt and chilli powder to taste. How to cook lobia recipeSoak the beans overnight in water. Next morning. Add a pinch of soda and salt and cook till tender and dry. Grind onion and garlic to a paste. Heat 2 tblsps. Ghee and fry the ground paste to a golden brown colour. Put in spices and tomatoes and cook till the ghee floats to the top. Add green chillies and lobia. Mix nicely then put in half cup water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook till the gravy turns quite thick. Serve, garnished with coriander leaves.
