How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Anda halwa?Anda halwa Egg Halva ½ litre milk. 2 eggs 3 tblsps. Ground sugar. ¼ tsp. Each of ground cardamoms and nutmeg. 1 tblsp fried raisins. Handful of finely sliced almonds and pistachios. Beat eggs well, put in milk and sugar. Cardamom powder and nutmeg and
beat the mixture some more heat 3 tblsps ghee and put in the mixture.
Keep on stirring on a slow fire until the mixture turns fairly thick.
