How to Prepare / Make / Cook punjabi kheer -Chuare ka kheer ?

Chuare ka kheer punjabi sweets recipe

6 dry dates or chuaras. ½ litre milk. 3 tblsps. Sugar 25 grams each of almonds, pistachios. Charoli and walnuts. 1 tsp. Ground cardamom seeds.

Soak dates in water for half an hour. Drain and stone and grind to a paste with alm9onds. Walnuts and charoli. Pound the pistachios coarsely. Heat milk and sugar together, when the sugar dissolves add the chuara paste and keep on stirring until the mixture turns thick and cream coloured. Serve hot garnished with pistachios. This kheer is not only very delicious, but it is full of energy and is given to women who have recently conceived or to anemic people.Punjabi kheer is ready now
