How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Dalia ?Dalia ½ litre milk. 2 tblsps good quality wheat. ½ tsp. Anise seeds. 6 to 8 peppercorns. Dash of salt. 3 tblsps. Sugar. Heat 2 tblsps ghee and fry the wheat to a golden colour. Pound coarsely
then put into the milk along with the rest of the ingredients. Cook, stirring
often until the wheat turns tender and the mixture turns a little thick.
Dalia tastes delicious if it is made with either raw jowar or wheat, but
in that case it should neither be fried nor pounded, it should be put
