How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Gajjar halwa ?Gajjar halwa Recipe ½ kilo red carrots, scraped and grated fine. 1 litre milk. 1 cup sugar. 25 grams each of almnds, pistachios, cashewnuts and charoli. 1 tblsp. Cardamom seeds. 1 tsp. Saffron essence. Pound all the nuts and cardamoms to a fine powder. Place carrots and
milk together in a pan and cook, stirring frequently until the mixture
turns thick and dry. Add sugar and keep on stirring until all the moisture
is absorbed. Now put in 4 tblsps. Of pure ghee and fry until golden coloured.
