How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Makai halwa ?

Makai halwa

½ cup makai flour. ½ cup ground sugar. ½ cup ghee. 1 tsp coarsely ground cardamom seeds. Handful of finely sliced almonds and pistachios.

Pour half cup of hot water in sugar and keep it aside till the sugar dissolves completely into the water. Heat ghee and put in flour and fry it till it smells cooked and a beautiful aroma comes from it. Put in cardamoms and sugar syrup and keep on stirring until the halwa turns thick. Serve hot garnished with nuts.
