How to make suji halwaSuji halwa Sooji halva receipes ½ cup sugar. ½ cup suji. Pinch of yellow food colouring. Handful of finely sliced almonds and pistachios. 1 tblsp. Fried raisins. ½ tsp. Coarsely ground cardamom seeds. Method of cooking Suji HalwaHeat 4 tblsps. Ghee and put in suji. Fry it until the ghee seems to separate
from it and a beautiful smell starts to come from it. Put in 1 cup of
water and sugar and cook, stirring all the time until the mixture turns
thick. Put in cardamoms and a little colour to give it a light yellow
colour. Keep stirring until the ghee starts separating. Mix in nuts and
