How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Chicken dilruba ?Chicken dilruba 1 chicken, disjointed. 1 large cup of sour curds. 25 grams each of blanched almonds. Walnuts and melon seeds. 25 grams fried cashewnuts. 10 blanched and fried almonds. 1 large cup of sour curds. 1 cup milk 2 inch piece ginger. 3 medium onions. 1 tsp. Turmeric powder. 1 tblsp. Each of garam masala and roasted and ground cumin seeds. 3 green chillies, minced. Salt and chilli powder to taste. Silver or gold foil. A few drops essence of saffron. Grind onion and ginger to a paste. Heat 6 tblsps. Butter and fry the
ground paste to a golden brown colour. Add chicken along with curds and
fry till dry and nicely browned. In the meanwhile grind 25 grams of almonds.
Walnuts and melon seeds and mix into the milk along with all the ground
spices and 1 cup water. When the chicken turns brown, pour the mixture
into it. Cover tightly and cook over a low fire until the chicken is tender
and almost dry. Mix in the essence and remove almonds and cashewnuts with
