How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Liver kababs ?Liver kababs ½ kilo liver, cut into meat cubes. 1 inch piece ginger. 6 flakes garlic. 1 tblsp. Each of coriander powder, garam masala and ground cumin seeds. A pinch of mace. 75 grams sour well-beaten curds, 4 green chillies. Handful of coriander leaves. A few mint leaves. Salt and chilli powder to taste. Grind to a smooth paste garlic, ginger, chillies, mint and coriander
leaves. Blend with curds along with all the spices and salt. Put liver
inside and soak for 4 hours. Put liver on skewered stand for 15 minutes.
Then grill over an open flame basting often with marinade and a little
melted ghee till tender and nicely browned. Serve hot with rings of raw
