How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Masala fried liver ?


Masala fried liver

500 grams liver, cut into meat little cubes. 1 tblsp. Flour. 1 tsp. Each of garam masala, ground cumin seeds and coriander powder. ½ tsp. Cardamom powder. Pinch of mace and nutmeg. 2 inch ground ginger. 10 peppercorns. 4 cloves. 1 inch piece cinnamon stick, broken into bits. 2 big black cardamoms. Salt and chilli powder to taste.

Boil liver in salted water in which ginger. peppercorns. Cloves, cardamoms and cinnamon has been added until tender and dry. Discard the spices and keep the liver aside, blend together all the spices with flour. Dip the pieces of liver in seasoned flour and deep fry till golden coloured. Drain thoroughly and serve immediately with either tomato or onion chutney.
