How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Palak murgi ?Palak murgi 1 chicken, disjointed. 500 grams spinach, cleaned and sliced. 4 big onions. 2 inch piece ginger. 10 flakes garlic. 500 grams tomatoes. 1 tblsp. Each of garam masala and ground cumin seeds. 1 tsp. Turmeric powder. 4 green chillies, minced. 2 ozes. Cream. Salt and chilli powder to taste. Grind ginger, garlic and onion to a paste. Heat 5 tblsps. Ghee and fry
the ground paste to a golden brown colour. Add tomatoes and cook till
the ghee separates. Add spinach and fry till the ghee comes to the top.
Add seasonings and chicken. Mix well then put in 1 glass water. Cover
tightly and cook over a low fire till the chicken is tender and dry. Then
keep on frying till the ghee comes to the top. Put in a serving dish and
