How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Shammi kababs ?Shammi kababs 500 grams minced meat. 125 grams channa dal. 1 medium onion. 6 flakes garlic. 3 green chillies. 1 inch ginger. 1 small bunch coriander leaves. A few mint leaves. 4 peppercorns. 1 inch piece cinnamon stick. 2 cloves. 1 big black cardamom. 3 red chillies. 1 tsp. Cumin seeds. 3 tblsps. Gram flour. Sour curds. Salt to taste. Blend together gram flour, turmeric powder and salt along with enough
beaten curds to form a thick batter. Boil together meat and dal until
tender and dry and grind to a very fine paste with the rest of the above.
Ingredients. Form into round patties, dip in batter nicely so that each
pattie is covered thoroughly with the batter and deep fry to a golden
