How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Aam lache ?Aam lache 500 grams mature raw mangoes. 500 grams sugar. ½ tsp. Essence of either kewda or saffron. 50 grams each of finely sliced almonds and pistachios. 2 tblsps. Cardamom seeds. Peel and grate the mangoes. Put in a glass jar and mix in the rest of
the ingredients. Cover the mouth of the jar tightly, tie with a piece
of muslin and place in the burning sun for 20 days. This pickle lasts
for 1 year
