How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Mithi chutney ?Mithi chutney 1 lemon-sized ball of tamarind. 6 dates, pitted. 2 tblsps. Seedless golden raisins. 6 cashewnuts. 1 tsp. Each of cumin seeds and garam masala. Salt and chilli powder to taste. Put tamarind in 5 tblsps. Water to turn soft. When it softens squeeze
out the pulp. Grind the rest of the ingredients to a fine paste and mix
into the tamarind pulp. Serve with snacks.
