How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Tomato chutney ?Tomato chutney 4 kilo ripe tomatoes. 250 grams red chillies, ground finely. ½ kilo seedless golden raisins. 250 grams each of almonds and cashewnuts. 1 kilo sugar. 250 grams ground garlic. 2 bottles white vinegar. Salt to taste. Blanch and grind almonds and cashewnuts. Mix together all the above ingredients
and put in a pan with the exception of sugar. Cook stirring frequently
until the mixture turns thick. Stir in sugar and cook for 10 more minutes,
stirring all the time. Bottle when cool. If you want you can omit cashewnuts
and use almonds instead.
