How to Prepare / Make / Cook -Vinegar chillies & Pickled chillies ?


Vinegar chillies

200 grams long. Thick chillies. 1 cup white vinegar. Salt to taste. Wash and wipe the chillies, then cut them into small pieces slantwise with a sharp knife. Put in vinegar along with salt. Bottle and keep aside for 2 days. This pickle lasts for 1 week.

Pickled chillies

250 grams thick. Long green chillies, 50 grams ground ajwain. 100 grams mango powder. Salt to taste. 2 tblsps. Mustar oil.

Dice the chillies into thick pieces. Heat oil and put in masala and chillies and fry lightly. Cool and bottle keeps for 1 month.
