How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Kachi lassi ?


Kachi lassi

¾ cup milk. 2 cups water. ½ cup rose water. 1 small piece sandalwood, ground sugar to taste. Cracked ice.

Rub sandalwood in rose water until a thick paste is formed. Mix it in milk along with water and sugar. Chill and serve with cracked ice and garnished with a rose bud.
