How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Mango lassi ?


Mango lassi

1 cup thick curds. 5 cups of either milk or water. 1 cup pureed manges. Sugar to taste. Dash of roasted and ground cumin seeds. Cracked ice. Essence of kevda.

Beat curds with milk until very smooth and the surface turns bubbly. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Serve chilled with cracked ice.
