How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Palak raita ?Palak raita 1 bunch spinach. 2 green chillies, minced. 1 tsp. Sugar. ½ tblsp. Roasted and ground cumin seeds. Salt and chilli powder to taste. 2 cups curds. Pinch of soda bicarbonate. Clean, wash and mince the spinach. Mix in a pinch of soda and steam till cooked. Beat curds well and mix in 2 tblsps. Water. Beat once again, then put in the rest of the ingredients with the exception of cumin seeds. Mix well and sprinkle cumin seeds on top before serving.
