How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Potato raita ?Potato raita 1 medium potato, boiled, peeled and diced. 2 cups curds. 2 green chillies, minced. ½ inch piece finely sliced ginger. 1 tblsp. Roasted and ground cumin seeds. ¼ tsp. Pepper powder. Salt and chilli powder to taste. Handful of finely sliced coriander leaves. Blend together curds with 2 tblsps. Water and beat nicely. Stir in potato
and seasonings. Serve decorated with coriander leaves.
