How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Sharadiya ?Sharadiya 2 glasses chilled milk. 12 almonds. 12 cashewnuts. 1 tblsp. Each of poppy seeds and charoli. 12 pistachio nuts. 1 tsp. Of mixed ground cardamoms. Jaiphal and anise seeds. 2 tblsps. Cream. Honey to suit the taste. 1 candied cherry, halved. Grind to a fine paste all the nuts and poppy seeds. Stir into the milk
along with ground spices. Mix well then strain through a fine cloth. Stir
in honey and chill. Add cream, mix well and serve in two tall glasses
garnished with a halved cherry.
