How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Burji ?Burji 1 small onion, minced. ½ inch piece ginger. minced. 2 green chillies, minced. Handful of sliced coriander leaves. ½ tsp. Turmeric powder. 1 tblsp. Ground paneer. 2 eggs. Nicely, beaten. 1 tblsp. Cream, 1 small tomato, diced. 4 tblsps. Boiled peas. Salt, pepper and chili powder to taste. Heat 1 tblsp. Ghee and fry onion and ginger and chillies till soft. Put in tomatoes and paneer and all the seasonings with the exception of pepper and cook till dry. Mix eggs and cream together and pour in. keep on stirring till the eggs turn firm. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves and pepper sprinkled on top.
