How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Fish in fenugreek leaves ?Fish in fenugreek leaves ½ kilo any white-fleshed fish, cut into slices. 1 tsp. Turmeric powder. 8 flakes garlic, minced. 250 grams fenugreek leaves. 4 green chillies, minced. 4 big tomatoes, blanched and sliced. 2 tsps. Coriander powder. 1 tsp. Ground cumin seeds. Salt and chilli powder to taste. Clean the fish and remove fishy smell. See helpful hints. Then fry lightly and set aside. Apply salt on fenugreek leaves and set aside for 15 minutes, then squeeze changing colour, put in methi and chillies and cook till dry. Put in the tomatoes and spices and cook again till dry. Arrange slices of fish on top, sprinkle a little hot them once or twice till tender. Serve immediately with plain, boiled rice.
