How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Fish fried with egg ?Fish fried with egg ¼ kilo any white-fleshed fish. 2 eggs. 1 cup fine bread crumbs. 1 tblsp. Flour. ½ tsp. Pepper powder. Juice of 1 lime. Salt and chilli powder to taste. Beat the eggs nicely. Mix in the flour and seasonings and set aside.
Have the fish cut into fillets. Cut into serving pieces and remove skin.
Applky salt and lime on the slices and set aside for 4 hours. Then dip
the slices one by one in beaten eggs, roll nicely in crumbs and deep fry
to a golden colour. Drain and serve immediately
