How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Fish kababs ?Fish kababs 1 white-fleshed fish. 2 eggs. Beaten. 2 small onions. Minced. ½ inch piece ginger, minced. Handful of coriander leaves. A few sliced mint leaves. 1 tsp. Garam masala. 1 slice of bread, soaked in water and squeezed dry. Salt and chilli powder to taste. 1 tsp. Ground cumin seeds. 2 green chillies, minced. Well-beaten thick curds. Boil or steam the fish and remove all the bones. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and knead to a smooth mixture. Heat skewers and wrap small pieces of the mixture around the skewer in long cigarette shape. Apply curds generously on all sides of the kababas and place as many as convenient on a toasting gird under the hot grill, and keep turning and basting with melted ghee whilst roasting. When they are well-roasted on all sides, take them gently off skewers and serve hot with onion chutney. Garnish with raw onion rings. Tomato rings and cucumber rings.
