How to Prepare / Make / Cook -Fish tikka kabab ?


Fish tikka kabab,punjabi fish curry recipes

1 fish 2 tblsps. Each of vinegar and curds. 6 flakes garlic. 2 inch piece ginger. 1 tsp. Each of garam masala and ground cumin seeds. Salt and chilli powder to taste. A few drops of orange red food colouring.

How to prepare punjabi fish curry recipes

Beat curds nicely and mix with vinegar and seasonings. Grind ginger and garlic to a smooth paste and mix in. add enough colour to give the mixture a deep orange colour. Have the fish cut into fillets. Remove the skin and cut into cubes. Marinate in the mixture for 6 hours. Thread on skewers and grill on open fire, basting occasionally with marinade till done. Serve hot accompanied with onion chutney and garnished with raw onion rings and coriander leaves.
