a deep orange colour. Have the fish cut into fillets. Remove the skin
and cut into cubes. Marinate in the mixture for 6 hours. Thread on skewers
and grill on open fire, basting occasionally with marinade till done.
Serve hot accompanied with onion chutney and garnished with raw onion
rings and coriander leaves.
