How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Fried fish ?Fried fish ½ kilo any white-fleshed fish. Juice of 1 large lime. 10 flakes garlic. ¼ tsp. Each of garam masala, turmeric powder and ground cumin seeds. ¼ tsp. Pepper powder. Salt and chilli powder to taste. 2 tblsps. Gram flour. Grind garlic to a paste and extract juice and then blend it with lime
juice and spices. Clean and cut the fish into thin slices. Apply the seasoned
lime juice nicely on the fish and set aside for half an hour. then roll
very lightly in gram flour and deep fry. Preferably in mustard oil, till
crisp and golden. Drain thoroughly and serve piping hot.
