How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Palak anda ?Palak anda 2 bunches spinach, cleaned and chopped. 1 small onion, minced. 2 green chillies, minced. 3 flakes garlic, minced. ½ tblsp. Coriander powder. ¼ tsp. Turmeric powder. 2 medium tomatoes. Blanched and sliced. Salt and chilli powder to taste. 4 hard boiled eggs, shelled and halved. Heat 1 tblsp. Ghee and put in onion. Chillies and garlic and fry till soft. Put in spinach. Seasonings and tomatoes along with 1 cup water and cook till soft and dry. Remove from fire and mash to a smooth paste with the help of a wooden spoon. Reheat, put in 1 cup water and bring to a boil, reduce heat and put in the eggs. Simmer gently for 5 to 7 minutes. serve hot.
