How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Paneer anda ?Paneer anda Paneer made of 1 litre milk. See helpful hints. 4 eggs. Hard-boiled and shelled. 4 flakes garlic, minced. 1 medium onion. 2 big tomatoes, blanched and diced. ¾ tsp. Each of turmeric powder and garam masala. Dash of pepper powder. Salt and chilli powder to taste. Cut the paneer into small pieces and fry in little ghee to a pale gold colour. Drain and set aside. Heat 2 tsps. Ghee and fry ground onion and garlic to a golden brown colour. Put in all the spices with the exception of garam masala. Fry briefly then put in tomatoes and cook till ghee separates. Put in 1 cup water and cook till dry. Mash to a smooth paste with the help of a wooden spoon. Put in 1 cup more of water, bring to a rolling boil, reduce heat and put in paneer and eggs. Simmer gently for 8 to 10 minutes. sprinkle garam masala and coriander leaves on top and serve hot.
