How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Sag anda ?Sag anda 1 bunch each of spinach and muli ka sag. 1 small onion, minced. 1 inch piece ginger, minced. 4 green chillies, minced. ½ tsp. Turmeric powder. 2 eggs. Salt and chilli powder to taste. ½ tsp. Makai flour. Clean and cut spinach and radishes finely. Heat 1 tblsp. Ghee and fry
the onion till soft. Put in spices and fry briefly. Add gbreen leaves
along with ¼ cup water. Cover and cook over a low fire till the
sag is tender and completely dry. Remove from fire and mash to a fine
paste with the help of a wooden spoon. Mix in flour and set aside. Beat
eggs nicely and put in ginger and chillies. Heat 2 tblsps. Ghee in a frying
pan and put in eggs. Keep on stirring till the eggs are about to set,
then mix in the sag. When the eggs blend completely into the sag. Remove
from fire. Serve immediately with 2 tblsps. Butter on top.
