How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Anda pullao ?Anda pullao 2 cups Delhi rice. 4 well-beaten eggs. 50 grams each of potatoes, peas, carrots, French beans and cauliflower. 1 tsp. Garam masala. 1 tsp. Roasted and ground cumin seeds. 1 tblsp. Coriander powder. Salt and chilli powder to taste. Silver or gold foil. Cook the rice in the usual manner, drain out the water and set aside.
Steam-cook all the vegetables. Heat 2 tblsps. Ghee and put in all the
vegetables along with all the spices and fry for 5 minutes. stirring continuously.
Remove from fire and keep them warm. Heat 2 tblsps. Ghee in a large frying
pan and stir in the eggs, stir for less then a minute. Then stir in the
rice. Stir continuously for 3 to 4 minutes and remove from fire and put
in a serving dish. Level the surface and cover with vegetables, put bits
of foil here and there and serve immediately.
