How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Kanak ladu ?Kanak ladu 2 lbs whole good quality wheat. 1 ½ pound jaggery. 2 cups water. Pick and clean the wheat grains. Then roast them in a dry iron pan until
nicely puffed. Grind the jaggery and dissolve in water, strain out the
water and place on fine. Cook on a slow fire till the syrup turns thick.
Put in wheat, mix nicely and remove from fire. Cool till bearably hot,
then grease your hands and form into small and round balls. Cool completely
and store in an airtight container.
