How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Suji ladu ?Suji ladu 250 grams fine suji. 250 grams ground sugar. 125 grams pure ghee. 50 grams each of finely sliced almonds and pistachios. 1 tblsp. Coarsely pounded cardamom seeds. 25 grams cleaned poppy seeds. Heat thee and put in suji. Fry on a slow fire till the ghee seems to separate from suji and a nice fragrance starts to come out of it. Then stir in the rest of the ingredients, mix well and remove from fire. Care should be taken not to brown the suji. When the mixture turns bearably hot, form into ladus. Cool and store in airtight containers.
