How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Mathies ?Mathies 250 grams maida. 3 tblsps. Ghee. 1 tblsp. Ajwain. Salt to suit taste. Blend together maida and salt. Rub in ghee, then add enough water to
form a stiff dough. Shape the dough into small balls and roll out each
ball about ¼ inch thick. Cut into neat rounds with the help of
a biscuit cutter or an inverted glass and deep fry a few at a time to
