How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Namak pare ?Namak pare 1 cup each of maida and suji. 1 tsp. Ajwain. 2 tblsps. Ghee. Salt to taste. 2 tblsps. Beaten curds. Blend together the flours, salt and ajwain. Rub in ghee, then add curds
and enough water to form a stiff dough. Shape the dough into a ball and
roll the ball out on a board to about ¼ inch thick. Cut the sheet
into thin long strips and strips into cubes or squares and deep fry a
handful at a time on a low fire to almond colour. Drain thoroughly. Cool
