How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Potato tikki ?Potato tikki ½ kilo potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed. 2 slices bread, soaked in water and squeezed dry. 4 green chillies, minced. 1 small onion, mince. 1 small bunch finely sliced coriander leaves. A couple of sliced mint leaves. 1 tsp. Ground cumin seeds. 1 tblsp. Crushed pomegranate seeds. 2 cups fine bread crumbs. Salt and chilli powder to suit taste. Mix all the above ingredients, with the exception of crumbs, and knead
to a very smooth mixture. Form into thin round cutlets. Roll these rounds
in bread crumbs and deep fry till crisp and golden. Drain thoroughly and
