How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Vegetable samosa ?Vegetable samosa Prepare the pastry in the same manner as shown in the above recipe. For the stuffing take 50 grams each of French beans, carrots, cabbage and cauliflower. 50 grams boiled channa dal. 1 small onion, minced. ½ inch piece ginger, minced . 4 green chillies, minced. 1 small tomato, diced. 1 tsp. Coriander powder. ½ tsp each of garam masala and turmeric powder. Handful of sliced coriander leaves. A few sliced mint leaves. 1 tblsp. Crucshed pomegranate seeds. Salt and chilli powder to taste. Heat 1 tblsp. Ghee and fry onion and ginger until soft. Add salt, chilli,
turmeric and coriander powder. Mix nicely then put in chillies and tomato
and cook till the tomato turns soft. Add all the vegetables and cook over
a slow fire till the vegetables are done. Mix in the dal and remaining
ingredients and remove from fire. Now prepare the samosas in the same
