How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Chauli ka sag ?


Chauli ka sag

2 bunches, chauli, cleaned and sliced. 2 medium onions finely sliced. 1 inch piece ginger, minced. 2 big tomatoes blanched and diced. 4 green chillies, minced. ½ tsp turmeric powder. 1 tsp. Ground cumin seeds. Salt and chilli powder to taste.

Heat 2 tblsps. Ghee and put in all the above ingredients. Mix nicely and cover tightly. Cook over a low fire till done. Stir in 3 tblsps. More ghee and serve immediately.
