How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Dahiwale alu ?Dahiwale alu ½ kilo baby potatoes, boiled and peeled. 1 cup curds. 1 tsp. Garam masala. ½ tsp. Powdered cardamoms. 1 inch piece ginger, minced. Handful of sliced coriander leaves. Salt and chilli powder to taste. Heat 2 tblsps. Ghee and fry ginger and potatoes together to a golden
colour. Put in curds, chillies, spices and salt and cook until the curds
