How to Prepare / Make / Cook -Drumsticks masala ?Drumsticks masala 4 drumsticks, scrape and diced into 2-inch pieces. 1 small onion. 2 green chillies. 1 inch piece ginger. handful of coriander leaves. A few mint and coriander leaves. ¼ tsp. Each of ground cumin seeds and garam masala. ½ tsp. Turmeric powder. 1 medium tomato, diced. Salt and chilli powder to taste. Grind together all the above ingredients to a paste with the exception
of drumsticks and tomato. Boil drumsticks for 10 minutes, then drain out
the water completely. Heat 1 tblsps. Ghee and fry the ground paste nicely,
put in the tomato and cook till soft. Add the drumsticks. Sprinkle very
little water on top. Cover tightly and cook until the drumsticks are done.
