How to Prepare / Make / Cook -Drumsticks with potatoes ?Drumsticks with potatoes 250 grams potatoes, peeled and cubed. 3 drumsticks, scraped and cut into 2 inch pieces. 125 gram cauliflower, broken into flowerets. 1 tsp. Mustard seeds. 4 flakes garlic, crushed. 2 medium tomatoes, diced. 4 green chillies minced. 1 tsp. Ground cumin seeds. 1 tblsp. Coriander powder. ½ tsp. Turmeric powder. Handful of coriander leaves. Salt and chilli powder to taste. Heat 2 tblsps. Ghee and put in mustard seeds, garlic and chillies. When
the seeds stop popping, put in all the vegetables and fry for 5 minutes.
put in the rest of the ingredients. Mix well, cover tightly and cook over
a very low fire, stirring frequently until the vegetables are done. Serve
