How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Ginger curry ?Ginger curry 25 grams ginger, 6 flakes garlic. 1 tsp. Cumin seeds. 4 small tomatoes. Handful of sliced coriander leaves. A few mint leaves. 2 green chillies. ½ tsp. Turmeric powder. 2 tblsps. Milk. Salt and chilli powder to taste. Grind ginger and garlic to a paste. Grind mint and chillies separately.
Heat 2 tblsps. Ghee and put in cumin seeds, when they start popping, put
in ginger paste and fry till it starts changing colour. Put in spices
and fry briefly, then add tomatoes and chilli paste and cook till the
tomatoes turn soft. Mash to a paste with a wooden spoon, then pour in
1 cup water, bring slowly to a rolling boil, reduce heat and simmer gently
for 5 minutes. Put in hot milk, mix nicely and remove from fire. Serve
