How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Hare chane ka sag ?Hare chane ka sag 3 bunches hare chana ka sag, cleaned, 1 tsp makai flour. 1 inch piece ginger, minced. 3 flakes of garlic minced. 2 green chillies, minced. ½ tsp each of turmeric and chilli powder. Salt to taste. Cook sag in little water till it turns very soft and dry mash to a very
fine paste with the help of a wooden. Spoon. Blend flour with 3 tblsps.

stirring all the time till dry. Heat 4 tblsps. Ghee and fry garlic, ginger
and chillies until the garlic starts changing colour. Pour in the sag
