How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Mango curry ?Mango curry 2 cups curds. 8 small ripe mangoes. 1 tsp. Cumin seeds. ½ tsp. Shahjeera. ½ tsp. Turmeric powder. ½ tsp. Ground dry ginger. Salt and chilli powder to taste. Beat the curds nicely with 4 cups water. Peel the mangoes. Take 2 of
the mangoes and squeeze out the juice. Powder cumin seeds. Heat 1 tblsp.
Ghee and put in shahjeera and then the curds. Add all the spices and pureed
mangoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently till the mixture
turns a little thick, put in the whole peeled mangoes and continue cooking
