How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Masaleda marrow or pumpkin ?Masaleda marrow or pumpkin 250 grams marrow, peeled and sliced. 1 tblsp. Beaten curds. 1 large tomato, diced, handful of coriander leaves. 1 big onion, minced. ½ inch piece ginger, minced. 1 tsp cumin seeds. ½ tsp. Turmeric powder. 2 green chillies minced. Salt and chilli powder to taste. Heat 1 tblsp. Ghee and put in cumin seeds. When they start popping, put
in onion and ginger and fry until soft. Put in spices and fry briefly.
Add curds and cook till dry. Mix in marrow, put in tomato and coriander
leaves. Cover and cook over a low fire, stirring occasionally until the
